9 Suitcases plus 1 carry-on each. This Delta employee wanted to know if we were defecting. 4 am by the way.
We flew 1st class and enjoyed it thoroughly! Jen was able to sleep (laying down!!) and Matt watched a couple movies.
Cheers to the next 15 hours and a huge adventure!
The food was pretty incredible and plentiful. It’s going to be hard to go back to economy.
After arrival and a long line through customs, we were met by a team of people from school who loaded our luggage onto a bus and took us to our apartment. They got our bags up to the 15th floor and handed us a wad of cash for our first few meals. We made it!!
